I have recently started knitting for charity. We don't have a lot of money to give to charity so I thought I could knit for charity.
I am currently on the list for the Oddballblanket #4 and Oddballblanket #5 that is being done through www.knittinghelp.com. The info about these blankets are listed here http://blanketfinder.blogspot.com/ . You can see pictures of the blankets, the path the blankets will be taking and where each blanket currently is. It's such a wonderful idea and I can't wait for the blankets to make their way to my house!
I am also knitting squares for the Virgina Tech healing blankets. Here is the blog for the local yarn store that is heading up the effors to give blankets to those victims. http://www.mosaicyarnshop.blogspot.com/ I have knitted up 4 squares to send, and I will post pictures later!
